SCO Prime Ministers adopt trade and economic cooperation program until 2035« Back
Following the meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the SCO countries, they adopted a new version of the program of trade and economic cooperation, TASS reports. The program is designed for the period up to 2035.
"The document was developed jointly with relevant ministries and departments, the business council and the interbank association of the SCO, and is designed until 2035 (the previous program was in force in 2003-2020)," the materials for the meeting said.
The new program identifies priorities in the areas of trade and investment, banking and financial cooperation, transport and logistics, industry, agriculture, energy, customs, innovation, information technology, spatial development, interregional interaction, tourism, ecology and education. Emphasis will be placed on new challenges - digitalization and high technology.
